요리: 오이소박이 김치

My cute cucumbers. I sliced them in four, salted them and put them away to drain the water out. In the mean time, I prepared the vegetables for the mixture.

some of the ingredients that I conscientiously chopped, radish (무), carrot (당근) and onion (양파)

My marinade is ready! Ingredients: Chinese leek (I replaced it by green onions), garlic (마늘), carrot (당근), onion (양파), fish sauce (생선용 소스), sugar (설탕), water (물), sesame seeds (참깨) and of course red pepper powder (고추가루).

My cucumbers are ready to ferment!!^_^
