Han Se Kyeong is a young and ambitious designer who won contests but face rejection from the industry since her poor background prevented her from studying abroad. She is finally hired as the assistant of the wife of the company’s president who turns out to be her high-school rival…
That is a disappointment. Not as big as Big, though, no pun intended. I was expecting a lot from it because of its cast: Mun Geun Yeong, Pak Shi Hu who I discovered in The Princess’ Man, So Yi Hyeon, one of my favorite actresses and Han Jin Hee is here again, as Pak Shi Hu‘s father. The drama is only 16 episodes but past halfway it was so boring it felt like it was 30 or 40. It started well but I totally lost interest in the middle of it. I don’t understand why dragging the story like this. The actors are good but the main story line was boring. The Alice in Wonderland metaphor was a good idea but frankly, they talked too much. They made Se Kyeong and Seung Jo repeat the same things over and over. At some point, the dialogs completely lost interest. It took me weeks to finish the last 4 episodes.
